Much like some of the prior posts, I have also been trying to redeem my promotional for Amazon Prime and 2nd gen Echo since I recieved the email on back in mid-Dec 2018 stating that I am able to redeem. The problem is when I click on the link on the email, it takes me to my fios website where there is no redeem link. I've tried calling multiple times, but I just keep getting transfered between dept, and no one is able to help me. They keep escalating the problem and promise that someone will call me, but noone ever does. Been on hold with Verizon for more than an hour several times now.
