Unreturned Equipment charge

I returned all the equipment back in July 2014 and Last month a I got a bill for $2040.00. I got the UPS confirmation number, but everytime I call Verizon they Either are no help or transfer me to another department that are not help either. Is there someone or a number I can call to get help.
