You mean to tell me that a multi-million dollar company like Verizon who also has a monopoly on phone service cannot pull one technician off their Saturday calls to fix a problen Verizon pretty much created??? I find that hard to believe.
This is a peer-to-peer support forum. If you want to get a message to Verizon, you should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.
If you have a service outage, make sure you report it as an outage. If you have a landline and the landline is acting up, report trouble against that instead of the DSL and you're more likely to land a Saturday appointment. DSL is not considered lifeline service federally.
Keep in mind, Saturday appointments are harder to get to due to demand. Doesn't matter how big a business is when an on-site visit is needed. That is, unless you pay for an SLA.
