Upgraded service and router stopped working

Hi all,

i called Verizon today and upgraded service from Fios 50 to 100. I can still see my network on my devices but no devices will connect to it, and the globe icon has turned red. Tried the old unplug and plug it back in but that hasn’t worked. Been on hold for an hour so trying here for ideas! Thanks

It’s possible that the upgrade from 50 to 100 changed you from MoCA to ethernet. You can do 100/100 on MoCA so just call up and have them switch you back to MoCA if that’s the problem.
