Maybe someone can help me here. I use to receive internet speeds between 7.1 and 15 mbps. I recently rebundled to the verizon Double play bundle and now my speeds have significantly decreased the, the most I can pull is 3.0 mbps. I have repedetly called verizon trying to get the situation resolved and the customer service is ignorant and not willing to help me, I asked one gentleman to connect me to a supervisor and he refused to do this! What kind of company is this?
Again I use to have the faster speeds and now customer service lies to me and tells me I never had them even thou I pay for the faster speeds and its listed on my bill. Someone PLZ help!
Sorry to hear about the troubles with your speeds. There could be a couple things attributing to this. So we can get more information from you, I have copied your post to our private support board. Please refer all correspondences to there from here on out. You can easily get to the private support one of two ways.
