I'VE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY FOR A WEEK TO GET SUPPORT! NONE FOUND!
My current internet plan expires this month. Can't get anyone on the phone. A week ago Sonja said she couldn't access my plan because the system was down. Said she would call back. Nothing heard!
Called today. The call back system has someone call who couldn't help; they had technical support call me after ~40 minutes. They gave me another "direct number" which has me on hold now for 53 minutes.
There no email address to write. The chat people are no help. This looks like it is by design.
Guess I should go ahead and switch providers now since VERIZON is a NO-HELP/NO-SHOW provider!
