My company has a corporate discount with Verizon through the "Verizon Connections" program. I followed the "Verizon Connection" link to get verified via the work email confirmation, but all that happens is that I get to my Verizon account and it asks me to upgrade and order a new bundle. I don't want a new bundle nor upgrade, I just want to apply the $5 discount to my existing account. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
Same thing...after clicking the link from the email for the discount the page taken to does not have a link to click for an existing customer. I have been holding for the escalation department for at least 40 minutes now to get assistance....ugh!!
Is your discount supposed to work on FIOS or Wireless?
This is the FIOS forum. I have not heard of discounts on FIOS (I get them on wireless through my company)
