Verizon Customer Service is Absolutely Appalling

I just created an account here for guidence on how to file a complaint with a customer service representative I dealt with. I was simply asking about clarification on this month's billing and the representative by the name of Shannon was utterly condescending and rude to me on the phone the entire time, and did a horrible job explaining the billing and kept telling me "go look at your email from yesterday!" In addition, she hung up on me and didn't even help!  I'm completely disgusted with how a person in customer service could have such a terrible attitude.
