Verizon Fios optical wire down, dangerously on ground but no Verizon support can be reached

A Verizon Fios optical wire was knocked down and laying across my driveway, very dangerous but there’s no way I could report the issue to Verizon. Neither their phone support nor chat is working. Can anyone help to escalate the situation to Verizon please?
