Verizon Help???

I am a current DSL customer and have great line stats and need someone from Verizon to upgrade my speed package up from 3mb to 10 or higher. My phone calls have got me absolutly nowhere, this is my last resort for help. Hope Verizon comes through for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
