I'm moving to Texas 77041 and called verizon to move my services, representative said they don't offer the service. In this case because I want your service but you dont offer, its not my problem. When I took the Internet connection it was mentioend that if Verizon dont offer service where you move, you will waive by any penalties/termination charges. Please let me know why I'm hearing to pay termination charges because of Verizon??? Is this the service you provide.

If you pay for FiOS, the early termination fee was enacted about a year ago should a situation like the one you're in occur. I've not heard of this being the case for DSL since most of the plans do not come with contracts anymore.
You would have to work this one out with Verizon retentions. Someone I'm sure can waive the fee given the situation.
