Verizon Home Agent Installer crashes

I have a problem that I never would have expected. Because I've had a lot of DSL modem connect problems (another story), I was told to install Verizon Home Agent. It crashes, with message "Error 1721. A program required for this installation could not be run. Action: Run_iHAStarter...". I'm running Windows 7 with SP1 installed. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the troubles with the installation. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled it? Also make sure you are logged into the computer with an administrator account.
