The internet suite has detected two trojans 39bprtct.dll and 39htmlmu.dll - unable to delete
Verizon uses McAfee anti virus security suite last time I read up on it.
this downloaded software is one of the worst products next to Norton Symantec products. These two security programs are a root cause of system slow downs and constant alerts. It never should have been installed.
i would go to http://www.malwarebytes.com and run their checker (free version) they also have a paid version which I highly recommend.
I will not attach the websites that are supposed to detect and show you how to remove them because they are often times phony sites that put on these very same Trojans.
