Hello,
I have a PC (Lenovo workstation)-- I will call it PC#1.
PC#1 has for its network interface one integrated 10GbE ethernet (Marvell AQtion AQN-107). I have noticed that web pages are slow to load or time out while loading.
Also, I cannot get the Verizon speed test https://www.verizon.com/speedtest/ to run ; I press the "Get started" button and the test starts, but never reaches 100% completion.
Actually, the "Router" portion of the test *does* complete, but the "Device" portion hangs.
The "Router" portion shows these results:
Download 307 Mbps, Upload 332 Mbps.
PC#1 is connected by ethernet cable to a Netgear GS308 Gigabit ethernet unmanaged switch.
And the switch is connected to the Verizon router (model FiOS-G1100), which is connected to the Verizon I211ML optical network terminal (ONT).
I have another PC (Lenovo workstation) -- I will call it PC#2 -- connected to the same (Netgear) unmanaged switch.
On PC#2, web pages load normally, and when I run the Verizon speed test https://www.verizon.com/speedtest/ I get the following results
Router Download 302 Mbps, Upload 332 Mbps.
Device Download 316 Mbps, Upload 359 Mbps.
Any idea what might be the issue? It seems like something is wrong with the network interface for PC#1.

Symptom:
web pages are slow to load (some take > 15 minutes to load);
verizon speed test hangs during "device" portion of
https://www.verizon.com/speedtest/
I talked with Lenovo tech support and the problem was resolved by the following:
Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings > Marvel AQtion 10Gbit Network Adapter > Properties > disabled "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"
I suggest you to clear the cookies on your computer 1. Otherwise, double check whether you have QoS enabled on your computer 1.

Do you have IPv6 enabled on the G1100? If not, that could be a problem. Also, check your computer's network metrics to see whether IPv6 connection takes precedence over IPv4. Given you really don't need IPv6 for LAN, IPv6 should be always disabled.
On the Verizon router (model FiOS-G1100), I see that IPv6 Support is disabled
router > Advanced > IPv6 Configuration Control > Enable IPv6 > Disabled
