My ethernet ports are not working. I can connect to my internet vi Wi-Fi but wired not working at all. Tried all the ports, reset the modem numerous times still nothing.

Call 1-800-VERIZON have them replace the router.
verizon does not use modems.
its also advisable to first hit the reset button in the back of the router and reset it.
then plug a computer into each LAN port on the router and see if you are able to connect.
make sure the cable from the ONT is secure in the WAN port of the router.
When you plug in cable, domyou get a link light?
Have you tried more than one cable?
