Verizon extenders cause Verizon WiFi to drop.

I have Verizon 5g and 2 Verizon extenders (newest model).  They worked fine for months and about 3 weeks ago interest starting dropping, and would send an “invalid passwod” message.  Verizon came, replaced the main box, router and extenders.  Through testing we concluded it was the extenders.  Finally got 5g to work with extenders.  Repairmen said he was going back to the shop to inquire from other techs s possible solution for 4g with extenders.

internet went out during a storm yesterday, we reconnected and ar3 back to the same problem ...internet works fine but drops when extender is connected.   

Any help is appreciated.

Mite confused. There is a 2.4 Ghz & 5 Ghz on the WiFi there is no 4 Ghz unless you are using wireless.

you are using Fios?

What type of devices do you have?

What software version is your quantum router?

there was an update a while back that was to fix internet dropping issues.
