I canceled my service. And got a email on 2/4/13, that a return label and box would mail to me to return my DVR boxes. Waited for one month; no box and label. I called Verizon Customer service on 03/02/13, they told me to go to Verizon Plus, I went, and waited for one hour, and got to leave while calling the 8776103806. The customer service apologized, and told the new UPS label and box will be shipped in one week. Waited one week, no box, no label, BUT LIE.

I called the customer service today 3/9/13. The CS told me the account is closed, and he could not access to my account. I asked do you see the return lable is being printed, YES or NO. He said I do not see anything. I asked again, it meant there is no label being printed since DAY ONE. He answer, I cannot answer this questions. The answer is NO lable being printed so far.

WHAT A LIE! I got a letter to return or $500 charge. 8664869758. WHER IS MY BOX AND LABEL that VERIZON promised? I asked for a complaint hotline; he gave me 8772879997, appearently it's a just a regular Verizon 800. I called while CS was still on the phone, and he gave me another number 8664833887; left a msg to call me back. I am also filling a complaint thru Department Comsumer Affair, California.

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".
There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
