I live out away from town and Verizon is my only option for internet I pay for high speed internet and have speed slower than dial up. I have called multiple times only to be told that Verizon is over capacity in my area but no plans to fix that problem.
The customer service is a joke when you call all they want to do is you to run speed tests thanks I know how slow it is. Just to give you an idea took me 5 min to watch a 26 second long video.
What modem do you use? I'd like to get a glimpse of your Line statistics first, to determine if it is a bad phone line or if it is really a capacity issue.
