Why do i have to keep on signing in? Why is my DSL so-o-o-o Slow?

Two very good questions!

No idea about the signing in but I have seen this before, that is why I use no Verizon websites except this one.

As for your DSL I had the same issue, you need to call tech support and likely have the network people look at your line to get any resolution

#1 Please post the Transceiver Statistics from your modem.

If you do not know how to get that info:

a) What is the brand and model of your modem?

b) What is the brand and model of your router?

#2 Visit http://www.giganews.com/line_info.html and post up the Traceroute the page shows, if you wish. Be aware that the final hop (bottom-most line of the trace) might contain a hop with your IP address in it. Remove that line. What I'm looking for is a line that mentions "ERX" in it's name towards the end. If for some reason the trace does not complete (two lines full of Stars), keep the trace route intact.

#1 Make sure that if you are a My Account owner to:

a) First click on sign in on the right hand side and top of this site.

b) Remember to check, keep me signed in for two weeks - unless I sign out.

#2 Evey time I start my web browser and try to visit this site, I only need to click on sign in on the left hand side and top of this site. As to why, I am not sure yet...
