Very slow DSL speed

My dsl speed is very very slow....I hae been on chat with two techs and one said he would call me because my speed test showed it was too slow...I was on hold for 8 minutes....does anyone know how I can correct this issue?

Would you be able to share a speed test, along with your modem Transceiver Statistics with us? If you don't know how to get the stats, just tell us the make and model of the modem you have. With the exclusion of the D-Link modem, where I don't know of a known place to get the stats, all other modems have a known method to getting the stats.
