About a month ago I downgraded my TV package from Ultimate to Local. Prior to that my connection speed when streaming video such as Amazon Prime or Crackle was great. After the TV package downgrade my streaming speed mysteriously decreased, at some times becoming completely unusable. I have a 75/75Mbps plan and my speed tests are still good: wired and wireless.
This could be a conincidence. But I can't avoid wondering if there is some selective throttleing going on as payback. Has anyone else experienced that issue after downgrading TV?

I've downgraded before, but not as low as just local. I would notice streaming issues when I had the rev. i. router though. Ever since I received the new Gateway I haven't had any issues with any streaming yet.
I know you can check tracer routes and what not to see if something's going on between you and the servers you connect to, but I have no idea what to look for myself.
