Wake on LAN G3100

I have been searching through posts to find an answer to this -

How can I set up Wake on Lan via my Fios G3100 Router?  I have NoiP as a DNS but I can't figure out the steps to open the port on the new software on the G3100.  They changed the menu items and port forwarding setup.  

Does anyone have a step-by-step procedure to follow?  I want to wake my machine while I'm out to turn on my PLEX server.

Are you hosting services on your residential Fios? If so, it may be a violation of ToS.
