I've been trying to change my FiOS services/bundle but keep getting the error message: "We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time." How do I explore options online?
Try a different browser and see if you get the same results.
Clearing your browser's cache may also work.
I've tried IE, Safari, and Firefox to no avail.
Tried that, Lawrence--nothing new happens.

It's been a week, and...nothing. No communication. You guys are making me want to go to xfinity. Please, not that.
