I have the bundled FIOS:  Internet, TV and telephone.  Can I watch FIOS TV with all my subscribed channels LIVE on my home computer?

Sure, if you put a tv card in the pc and feed it from one of the stb's.

What the first repsonder mentioned. However, that will only get you unencrypted channels, which are generally the local channels.

If you want to watch other "cable" channels (USA, CNN, ScyFy, etc.), you'll need a cablecard.

Windows media center plus something like one of these:

either the PCI or upcoming USB version and a cablecard will do the trick.  It's kind of pricey, but you only have to buy the device once and then pay the monthly on the cablecard.
