Good Question ^^^ I only see this when I press the page back arrow on a financial site(for instance)and am sure this is a security feature. If it happens randomly it may be a connectivity issue. Do you have any problems  streaming audio/video and what speed is your connection?

As pointed out above, if you're using a Secure Site, such as a banking website, or a site that uses HTTPS to securely transmit data you're inputting, the problem could be because of the fact that you are hitting the back button. Don't hit the back button on such sites, especially if it's a site that logs you out when you close the browser or navigate away. Otherwise, HTTPS sites will not generate this issue if there is no data being expected. If you are visiting a website that requires you to select something from a drop-down button, or to click on something before proceeding, you will also get this as the data on the page you came from is also no longer valid, and thus the page must be refreshed. This behavior is determined on a site by site basis.

Otherwise, this occurs usually due to your browser being overaggressive with caching. Give your browser's cache a clearing once in a while, or restrict the size to something such as 50MB, so the cache is forced to flush regularly.
