Website blocked by Verizon Home Network Protection

I have a website that I update using FTP and CPanel that seems to be blocked most of the time. Every once in a while I can get connected to the FTP (standard port) or Cpanel (https://domain.com:####).

I using my cell phone (not on WiFi) I can access the cpanel page.

I can't seem to find away to add the site to allowed list.

I would rather not turn off Home Network Protection as there is some benefit.

OpenDNS is for mapping domain names to dynamic IPs. Are you hosting websites on a residential account? Have you run your domain name with a reputation checker? it could be the domain name has a low reputation and causes the HNP to block connection.

I do not host my domain on my home computer. I host at https://turnkeyinternet.net/refer/12090

I did forget about running a domain reputation check. There did not seem to be an issue. I included some reputation sites I used below.

When I try going to my domain will sometimes get the McAfee Safe Zone page. What is really annoying is the page has nothing on it to tell me how to get it fixed.

When I try and go to my control panel (CPanel) https://www.mydomain.com:2083 its says the below. This is getting frustrating because I cannot work on my site!

You are correct, OpenDNS is a DNS provider, not a dynamic DNS resolver.  It should have nothing to do with this issue.  Of course, you could try using another DNS provider just to be sure.  I suggest Google's or the Verizon default to start.

I sometimes see HNP blocking sites that are fine.  Trying from a private browser window, another browser or another computer can be helpful.  These blocks go way after a few minutes, though.

You should also check the site's SSL certificate.  If it's self-signed or out of date, that could trigger HNP to block it.

I can get to turnkeyinternet.net without problem.  If you're willing to share your site's URL, I can try and see if it's blocked for me.

Started working today. But I am not holding my breath.

My site uses "Let's Encrypt" which is provided by my hosting provider.

Well that lasted all of an hour! I now (again) cannot connect to FTP, CPanel, or website!

Tried private browsing and that did not work.

Are you sure this is a DNS issue? Can you assign static DNS for your computers and try to access the site again?
