I have received a new Westell Wireless modem/router.
With the new modem/router, I am unable to establish a wireless connection to my desktop.
It worked with my old wireless modem/router, but I receive an error message each time I attempt to set it up with the new Westell. Is there a compatibility issue with the new Westell. My desktop does not have a wireless card so I have to use the wireless USB.
Have you isolated the issue down to the wireless connection? So the internet is working on hard wired computers but not on this specific computer with the USB wireless device?
Check the manufacturer's website and make sure the drivers for the USB device are up to date.
If you have a hardwired computer, check the wireless status on the modem/router status page.
Make sure you're using the correct wireless info.. test with a different wireless computer if possible.
