What do I have to do to get a modem sent to me?

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I just signed up for verizon. I ordered the phone and internet cause I'm getting it all bundled with directv. They said I would receive my modem and phone jack install self install kit in the mail. I waited a few days and tracked the shipment online. And then it was delivered. BUT NO MODEM. I called and asked where it was they said wait a few more days... So I did. And I've since called back Verizon twice.. Both times i was put on hold once I told them my issue and they verified my account. And then they came back and told me they would call me back by end of day to confirm my order for the modem I should have already received?!?!? In total 2 hours worth of waiting on hold just to not get any results!! I don't even know what to do at this point...

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases".  You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.  This should be checked on a frequent basis  as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
