I will be moving and I have my service (stand alone internet) scheduled to be disconnected and installed on the same day. What time of day will the service be disconnected at the original location? I am asking because I need to briefly work remotely in the morning at the original location the same day the internet is scheduled to be disconnected.

That is hard to say. Some people say it gets turned off early in the morning. Others have said it gets shut off after midnight. And a few others have posted that it got shut off earlier than the day in question.
You could call customer service at 1-800-VERIZON they may have the information you seek.
mine went off at 3:40 am
