Where in the router settings can I change IPs to my dns settings. I need to do this to use my safedns that provides my internet filtering.

OpenDNS has some good instructions here:

You would put the SafeDNS IP addresses in the "Primary" and "Secondary" DNS Server box, and then click apply.
Your devices should then be using SafeDNS's servers. To test if this is working, go to https://dnsleaktest.com/, and run a test. This will indicate what DNS servers are being used on your connection.
