Where to complaint about verizon customer servic

It is amazing how verizon works. The contact us has e-mail for Wireless only, no DSL. I need to complaint about the customer service. Not sure where to take my bag of woes.

There should be some accountability of the way they work and the type of service they give us.

[EDIT] While they do not provide the e-mail address, they provide a form where you can get an e-mail reply back. I fill in the form in the past, and I got a reply back.

Internet -> Support -> Check Status of Order.

Then complain away?

#1 Use Google to search for verizon ceo email

#2 Then for example use an Email Verification tool to verify that is a valid e-mail address, such as http://network-tools.com/
