I have dry loop DSL Internet service and have yet to delete/cancel my phone line account. The phone line is no longer being used and the bill is still accessible online for viewing. I am unable to located the DSL Internet invoice/billing portion online. The DSL is being billed seperate although it's not been charged to my credit card yet.
Anyone have some insight to this?
It's been my experience so far on this message board that perhaps I'm asking questions that this community can not answer. No one knows about the tone on my dry loop line either.....
Hi RudeKitty...Is it that you can't find it? I know the data portion of our bill can be found on verizon.net. However, am I not sure if you are saying you haven't even gotten a hard copy bill?
