Which COAX?

I'm getting ready to prewire my home for the FIOS Extender which will use close to 100ft of coax.  I don't want to do this twice.  Since coax cables have different resistance values, i.e., 50 ohm/75 ohm, which cable should I use for the 100ft run.   Thanks!

75 Ohm RG6 will be best for that distance.

Ideall, buy a cable that already has connectors on both ends.
