Why do I pay for "high speed internet" when I avg. 0.7 mbps?

I pay for upgraded up to 3 mbps and I avg only 0.7? Why do I have verizon? Anyone have any good reason I should be keeping it? Fios is not available at my location. Only option in my area is Time Warner Cable. It's as if Verizon wants me to cancel...

Please post your modem's Transceiver Statistics so we can take a look at this further. Also, run a line quality test from the following site for me, and supply the results of it: https://secure.dslreports.com/linequality
