Why my Fios Internet charge increased

I tried to contact Verizon Fios Internet department but no one is picking up the phone.

Wondering if anyone had a same issue as I do.

When we make the contract we have been told it's $49.99/month for Fios Internet 50/50. Now they changed to $59.99

In my account it says Fios Internet Services increased. Which don't make any sence to me.

Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks

It is because one or more of your discounts has expired. Look at your prior invoices and see what it says under credits. I bet a $10 one has fallen off.
