Wi-Fi laptops cannot see Ethernet connected desktop PC (Quantum router)

I have four laptops on my private network.   All are Wi-Fi to the Quantum router.  They can all see each other.  However none of them can see the Desktop PC connected to the FIOS Quantum router via Ethernet cable.  The Desktop PC can see everything, incl all laptops.  A third party app was able to transfer files from one of the laptops to the desktop last week so why are is the desktop not visible in laptop File Explorer > Network list?

Can you provide more details?

Are both the WiFi and and the desktop on the same subnet?

If not, that is the issue.

Quantum router does not have the correct forwarding rules to support a second subnet.
