Does the Verizon Security suite not support Windows 10?
Trying to install on a new W10 install and getting message "Your app doesn't work with Windows 10"
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
According to a Verizon page
https://www.verizon.com/support/consumer/internet-essentials/internet-security-suite
It works with Windows 10.
But for several Security products, Windows 10 was known to turn them off during install. You could then turn them on again. For many you needed to get an update which in some cases wouldn't install until after you were on Windows 10.
Your other windows 10 problems need to go http://answers.microsoft.com or to the vendor of the product that you are having trouble with.
It might with an update. Windows 10 reports similar for a number of Anti-virus suites. I haven't seen anyone comment one way or the other on the forums.
And the forums are peer to peer.
Thanks for reply....... not sure what meant by "It might with an update"..... I guess you mean that McAfee will sonner or later issue and update. Had thought that as had been on a consumer release for a few months it would be out by now.
As it happend had some issues with Windows 10 so have reverted to Windows 7....... will wait till Vz suite supports Windows and may try again a bit later.

Its odd that the page you link says the VSS supports Windows 10 but if I look at system requirements with 'My Services' it does not state Windows 10 support.
I'm asking some questions on Microsoft comminutity on other issues.
Thanks,
Mark
Just because Microsoft doesn't show as supported doesn't mean it doesn't work. THEY REPORT THIS FOR MANY OF THE ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE SUITES.
According to Verizon's site its supported. I don't have it but I haven't seen anyone running it complain about it not working.
I am having the same issue trying to download mine as well, have you figured out any other way around this?
I'm trying to reinstall Verizon Internet Security Suite on Windows 10 but I'm getting an error message that this version cannot be downloaded onto it. Anyone else having any problems with this and has found a solution for this? Thanks in advance.
