Wireless Internet lost

I was having issues with our "enhanced" (what a joke) high speed service and live chatted with a "technician" who asked to remotely control my computer. Once she had control she opened my router page then attempted to open a Verizon page. The computer froze up, I had to cntl, alt, del to close down the programs and now we can't get any wireless service. Apparently she turned off our wireless access, any idea on how to get it back on?? Oh the wired connections work fine

Log into your router and go to Wireless Settings.  There will be an option to turn wireless on.   If you can't find it, post back with your router model and someone will be able to give you more detailed directions.

You can also try resetting  your router.  There will be a recessed button on the back. Use a paper clip and press and hold for 10-15 seconds. That should turn wirless on.
