Help!
I have a wireless extender I took from one location to another. How do I reset the extender so that it will read with my new internet service and not the old one?

Do you have a g1100 router? Just rebooting it should make it clone the new router. If not you will have to do it manually.

Most of these units have reset buttons. If you push and hold it for a few moments it should connect to your new router. If it has a problem finding your router you could first reset your router then plug in the extender and when it boots up it should connect ok to your network.
if you know the IP address of the extender 192.168.1.xxx (xxx being the assignment in your routers table of devices) you can follow the instructions on the extenders documents to access it and then set it up manually.
