Wireless signal is strong but can't connect on line

I got a new router from Verizon and the wireless is not working? and I called customer service and they won't answer my call. It's been 4hrs and they haven't return my call

Did you call 1-800-VERIZON? That's their primary line for all issues including technical support. You can also chat online with them.

Which router did you receive from Verizon? Also, does wiring into the router work as expected?
