Worst Customer Service Ever

I have tv through the internet. Pay $180 a month just for internet and watch tv through streaming. All of a sudden wireless won't connect to Apple TV and I'm on hold with Verizon for a hour with zero assistance.
Any solution on how to get through to get help so I can reconnect?
