XBOXONE connection issues

Hi, ever since we upgraded to the 75/75 my sons have been having issues with their XBOX one live accounts.  Such as being dropped mid game.  Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to fix?  Thanks so much, it is super frustrating.

Use a device that is hardwired to router.

go to speedtest.Verizon.net

verify you are getting 75/75 service.

if not, contact support.

verify you are getting 75/75 service.
