Does anyone know how to get back my Yahoo home page? I can only get a new home page that has nothing on it that I want. Verizon is totally unable to render any help.
Verizon eliminated my home page and substituted an ugly, hard on the eyes red and white disorganized page. They also deleted my subaccounts for some reason? Lousy public service!
I have the exact same problem. Started today 1/31. After an hour on line, Verizon could not help. Hope someone out there can.
Only spent 42 minutes with no resolution.
Are you talking about the homepage at https://www.yahoo.com/ or at http://verizon.my,yahoo.com/ ? I believe they're testing a new version of the My Yahoo site that reflects the design of the Verizon site out, so it might be possible you're looking for the old format back?
After many hours I finally found my old home page. Not sure this will work for everyone but give it a try.
On the new home page (the one with nothing you want to see) scroll down the list on the left side and click on My Yahoo. It took several tries of doing this but finally my old home page came up. The address at the top was different than before, so I changed the home page to the new address. Old one was http://home.verizon.yahoo.com. The new one is http://my.yahoo.com After turning the computer on and off several times, the new address takes me to the home page I want every time.. Hope this works for others.
