allow program through firewall

Hi folks. I have basic DSL with a Westell 327 router. I'd need someone to step by step me through the process of adding an unlisted gamesite through the firewall please.

It's just the Pokerstars.com website, and I'm having to set my firewall to the lowest setting to allow. I thought there'd be be just a box to uncheck to allow it thru??
