Hello two appointmet to install phone jack for phone and dsl july 2 and 3 from 8to5 both dates no call no show up i called verizon eitheron hold for 30 or just cant get no answer then got the nerve to give me two daysof cridet for service that i never had the worst customer servise ever who do ineed to call

Sorry for your situation, been there done  that, yet try this phone number for Verizon...1.888.519.3894 I have never had a problem after this call. Good luck. Most of the time ( 99.9%) I use the internet to talk, text and contact Verizon. What a world...
