We are moving to a newly constructed home. We had Verizon FIOS for over 6 years and wanted to continue with them. However, our new address does not appear to have availability. The house that was demolished to build our new house had VErizon FIOS before it was demolished. The house opposite to our house also has FIOS availability. All neighboring houses in the street has FIOS availability. So lines definitely exist. We called and raised an engineering ticket, but have not heard back. We are moving in 3 days, and need to have Internet urgently for both professional and personal purposes. Any advice or help will be highly appreciated. Do not really want to move to different provider.

Just to be sure, the new home has a post office address that is active and registered, correct? Verizon will need that to be in place before the address can qualify.
If you're bringing phone service with you, that should help get the ball rolling even faster.

Yes, the new address is active and registered with USPS...called and verified with them
