When are service went down I felt a not in the pit of my stomach because I knew I would have to contact verizon technical service. I was not wrong. I was routed straight to a foreign tech who read of a script & knew nothing about dsl issues. After an hour of having me unplug and plug cables, reset my modem and other useless activities, she discovered that there was on central outage. Another 30 minutes with a "supervisor" resulted a promise that I would get a call back. 24 hours later no call no service. Each time I called they read through the script trying to get me to do the same useless activity over and over again. After a headache and about 3 hours of wasted time I was finally sent to an american tech. The issue was resolved in 3 minutes. Verizon does not care, will not try and just is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with big corporations. This will stick in mind 4 ever waiting for the chance to repay this poor service.
