what is wrong with verizon? All ways losing connection. Got a new modum about two weeks ago and have been having same problem Tonight the dsl went out six times so far, no connection. Company is terriable.

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair, here is the link:

Do you have phone service accompanied with the DSL, and are you having any trouble with it such as static on the line, humming, inability to complete calls, or total outages of phone service? Often times these symptoms point to a hard line problem, which need to be corrected. Voice as a regulated service needs to be in full working order. As a bonus, with fully working phone service, DSL service will become fixed.

Please let us know if the above is true. Otherwise, if what you have is a Dry Loop (DSL without phone service) circuit, please let us know what modem models you have handy so we can get some Transceiver Statistics.
