cannot register for Google Nest promotion

We had Fios installed nearly a month ago.  We got an email informing us that we must register in order to take advantage of the $200 Google Nest promotion.  The links don't work, I can't get to it via the website either.  I just tried to get resolution via chat, and it looks like the agent disconnected me while I was working with her to try and get this straightened out.  I have heard that others are having the same problems, and losing that $200 is actually a big deal to us.  Does anyone out there have any advice as to how I can get us registered for this?  Thanks in advance : )
