I have a firestick and watching streamed shows is torture. It constantly stalls and says buffering. I live in an apartment and the router is in the closet (installed there by fios) I have 75 fios service. Help.

its best to see if the fire stick is faulty before blaming the Fios service.
if you need to contact Verizon it is 1-800-VERIZON
can you watch the shows off a computer? Or other device like Roku, Chromecast, Apple TV etc? If you can it may be your device.
